In Edinboro, our winters are brutal and seem to last forever. Because of that, the “winter blues” are all too common around here. You may not realize it but the weather has a huge impact on your mood.
With a few more below-freezing days and snowstorms to come, here are a few tips for you to get through these next few weeks.
Remember that spring is around the corner. As much as it seems like winter will last forever around here, it is important to remind yourself that eventually all of this snow and cold will go away and we will see the sun again.
