A few weeks ago, the Spectator Music team came up with the idea to follow in the footsteps of many sites and begin our own webseries. After a few rounds of ideas, a concept titled Live From Studio B stuck. We wanted it to be a bi-weekly series that highlighted the artistic talent of people in the Edinboro/Erie area and included interviews, performances, and be set in a cool environment that inspired creativity.
So, we grabbed some cameras, took over an office (with the help of our advisor), contacted local bands and did it one Sunday afternoon.
Below is the first of hopefully many episodes of Live From Studio B, made possible by the hard work and dedication of the team, as well as a lot of coffee. This one features the Erie Rock-band Jivan, who you can see perform next week at Basement Transmissions' Toxic Prom event on April 9. Up next on Live From Studio B is Erie Rock School band, Jack's Mom, so stay tuned for that.
Most importantly, let us know what you think about the show, and from all of us;
Thanks for watching.

This is a deep-dive list. A list filled with titles that will impress your relatives when you mention them around the roast beast (but do not actually gather, of course, because of the pandemic). |

“Therapeutic” is the perfect word to describe “Is Enough.” The mellow beats and calm vocals provide a relaxing backdrop for a study night or a Sunday stroll. |
“For most of us musicians, it’s not just the job. It’s our whole identity, it’s our whole world, it’s an extension of our personality.” |
Starting in the local area, the Erie Philharmonic will continue their annual Holiday Concert Tour of Homes. The series gives tours of decorated homes, along with Philharmonic performances in that same location. |

On the show title, "Perfect," she said: “It’s a little bit tongue-in-cheek. On my poster and where I posted the title on the wall, it’s a little bit askew." |
