The U.S. News and World Report ranked Edinboro University 82nd among regional universities in the northeast for social mobility.
This new category measures the graduation rate of universities that assign many Federal Pell Grants to students. Pell Grants are awarded to students whose families earn an income less than $50,000 annually.
The ranking was released on Sept. 9 and can be found in the 35th edition of the U.S. News and World Report Best College Rankings.
