The Homecoming parade is set to begin at 11 a.m. A number of roads in the university and nearby streets in the borough will be closed on Saturday morning for the parade.
Starting at 9 a.m., portions of the campus, specifically Scotland Road, from McComb Fieldhouse to the intersection of Scotland and Scot roads near the Lakefront Lot, as well as Heather Road, will be closed.
Starting at 10 a.m., the following streets will be closed: Darrow Road; Meadville Street from Darrow Road to Waterford Street; Waterford Street from Meadville Street to High Street; High Street; East Normal Street; Lorna Lane; and Schrurers Lane.
Additionally, Scotland Road, from East Normal and Ontario Streets to Scotland Road at the Lakefront lot will be closed as well.
The roads will remain closed until the end of the parade.
Please be sure to make alternative travel plans, as the closings will be strictly enforced for the safety of parade participants and spectators.

A later email confirmed that the recognition ceremony will be held at Sox Harrison Stadium, rain or shine. In addition, those that attend will be allowed to bring two guests. |

814 Outdoor, according to their website, is looking to “enhance and grow the 814 ski and bike community with top notch products and service,” while they also sell kayaks, helmets, footwear, apparel, and energy bars and gels. |
