Oct. 27 — A victim reported money stolen from her bank account. The investigation is continuing.

Oct. 28 — After making a traffic stop on Scot Road at 12:49 a.m., an officer found two passengers under the influence of alcohol, according to a police report. Being under the legal age of 21, Ty Morris, 20, and Kaitlyn Binotto, 18, were charged with underage drinking.

Nov. 2 — At approximately 5 p.m., an individual in the library reportedly harassed a victim. The individual was warned and advised to refrain from all contact with the victim. 

Nov. 2 — Officers responded to a report of alcohol in Highlands 4, room 4454, at approximately 11:59 p.m. Individuals inside the suite were found to be in possession of and under the influence of alcohol, according to a police report. Being under the legal age of 21, Bradley Peters, 18, Hannah Flynn, 18, Kari Krotoszynski, 19, and Taylor Delaney, 19, were cited for underage drinking.

Nov. 3 — A victim reported his bicycle stolen from the front of Alexander Hall around midnight on Oct. 29.

Nov. 3 — A victim reported being harassed by two males driving past her on Scotland Road at approximately 5 p.m. Individuals were warned and advised to stop all such actions.

Nov. 4 — An officer made a traffic stop on a vehicle which had expired registration and found the driver to be under the influence of alcohol at approximately 12:49 a.m. on Darrow Road, according to a police report. Douglas Francis, 29, was charged with DUI and other summary traffic violations.

Nov. 5 — An officer reportedly observed Taylor Neal, 22, being helped down the sidewalk near Centennial Hall at approximately 1:50 a.m. Neal was charged with public drunkenness.
