Aug. 26 — At approximately 1:22 a.m., officers observed individuals engaging in a verbal conflict in their car on Scotland Road, according to a police report. Upon investigation, the driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Kaitlyn Donnelly, 21, was charged with DUI, disorderly conduct and other summary traffic violations. Shakira Allen, 22, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Aug. 27 — At approximately 2:11 a.m., Nikola Saric, 21, was reportedly found passed out behind the wheel of his running vehicle in the Alexander Music Hall parking lot. Saric was charged with DUI and public drunkenness.

Aug. 29 — University police were dispatched to Highlands 2, room 2352, for a reported odor of marijuana at approximately 10:31 p.m. Taylor Saxton, 18, was charged with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Taylor Davis, 18, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

Aug. 30 — A victim reported scratches on the rear of her car while it was parked in Rose Hall parking lot at 12:44 p.m.

Aug. 31 — A victim reported at 2:35 p.m. her vehicle sustained a small dent to the driver’s side back panel near the tail light while it was parked in Rose Hall parking lot.

Sept. 2 – An officer observed an individual at 12:47 a.m. walking on Scotland Road while, as the report described, being extremely intoxicated. When the officer approached the individual, he shoved the officer and ran off. Kyle Holden, 19, was charged with aggravated assault, underage drinking, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Sept. 2 — Officers responded to a reported odor of marijuana in Highlands 2, room 2364 at 9:24 p.m. Upon investigation, resident Jennifer Hurrell, 18, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 3 — University police stopped a vehicle on Scotland Road for driving without lights at 12:46 a.m. The driver and passengers were reportedly found to be under the influence of alcohol. Kaiya Hedderick, 19, was charged with DUI, underage drinking, minors prohibited and general lighting requirements. Jasmine Smith, 19, and Alex Walter, 19, were charged with underage drinking.

Sept. 3 — An individual reported that her bicycle was stolen from outside Doucette Hall. The bike is “specialized” with a very large seat.
