The Edinboro University Student Government Association (EUSGA) meeting on Nov. 6 began with officer reports.

Following the reports, there was the standard coverage of old business. New business to be discussed included panel discussion, admissions, the clubs coming to congress, campus concerns and new SGA members.

Meridyth Warnke was sworn in as the newest member of the EUSGA.

The point of the panel discussion, which will take place at next week’s SGA meeting, is to help students and university community members share their thoughts and concerns with administration who may not be seeing or hearing them, said SGA President Ja’Cobi Green.

Some of the concerns that would be brought to the panel were about the Ghering Health Center, incidences of undercooked food being served on campus, rising food prices and issues concerning the campus police.

The latter will be discussed at an upcoming EUSGA meeting in which a representative of the Edinboro campus police will be in attendance to hear concerns and answer questions.
