A third individual has been arrested and charged in the shooting of Tobiah J. Johnson at 123 Water St. last November in Edinboro.
According to GoErie, "members of the U.S. Marshals Service picked up Ryan C. Andrews in the Pittsburgh area" this morning and he is set to be arraigned this afternoon on charges of conspiracy to commit homicide, homicide, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person. These are the same charges that were filed against Michael D. Barron, 23, of Pittsburgh, who was arrested as the second suspect in the shooting on Monday.
The first man charged, Trey D. Gunter, 22, of Pittsburgh, was arrested in November and is currently in prison without bond. Barron was placed in Erie County Prison without bond.
According to GoErie, "investigators charge that" Gunter and Barron were allegedly taken to the apartment building at 123 Water Street by Andrews in a vehicle. Barron then reportedly assaulted Johnson, while Gunter reportedly assaulted and shot him. They were then reportedly taken from the scene by Andrews, stated a criminal complaint.
