Edinboro professor and forensic analyst, Dr. Theodore Yeshion, recently discovered traces of blood on buckshot located at the Bennington battlefield that dates back to the Revolutionary War. Yeshion mentioned that he has been doing this type of forensic work for more than 40 years.

I attempted a math class at Edinboro in the Fall of 2015, but by the end of the second lecture, I felt as though I was going to have a panic attack, and the homework assigned was causing me tears of frustration within the first week. It was a particularly hectic semester for me, so I dropped the class and tried to avoid thinking about the impending math course I would have to register for in the winter.

It was recently in the news that teachers from the Detroit area school district were going on what was to become a self-proclaimed “sick out,” which differs from a regular protest or “sit-out,” because they were not protesting for higher wages or better pensions. Instead, they were protesting for the reversal of the deplorable conditions in which their students were being asked to learn.

Both the men and women’s swimming teams capped off their dual meet seasons with a victory over Clarion University Saturday Jan. 23.

Huey will present a unique inside look into the Dark Garden on Gallery Night for members at 6:15 p.m. Friday, Mar. 11, prior to the opening reception that will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. The installation will be featured in the museum until Jan. 8, 2017, providing those who appreciate art ample time to experience Huey’s vision for themselves.

David Bowie was an artist, an actor, a husband, a father, and while he regularly claimed in interviews that he had “absolutely no idea” what he was doing most of the time, he possessed an undeniable uniqueness the likes of which no one will ever be able to compare to or replace. While some of his ideas and works were met with controversy, he presented the world with his talent throughout his whole life.

In the highly renowned standings, Edinboro’s online education program was ranked in the top tier of U.S. News’ 2016 Best Online Education Programs.

After former Edinboro University president, Dr. Julie Wollman announced in early November 2015 her plans to resign, in December, the Board of Governors of Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education selected Werner to lead the university until a permanent president was found.
