In late October, I attended a Fall Retreat with PennWest Edinboro’s Chi Alpha where I learned that letting go of the need for perfection and practicing mindfulness is a powerful way to reconnect with my sense of self-worth.

Students and alumni came together to eat, drink and celebrate Pennsylvania Western University Edinboro’s 2025 Homecoming from Oct. 9to Oct. 11.
